The home office of the Trenker Bakery is located in the heart of the
Dolomites, in the Upper Pusteria Valley, in Dobbiaco, in the shadow of
the Three Peaks of Lavaredo, where the clear mountain water and clean
air of the Alps reign. This family operated bakery has established roots
here since its foundation, making the commitment to produce only natural
bread. This tradition is a promise that has also turned out to be a
formula for success: in 2004 the bakery announced its 50th anniversary
in business, which is no small amount of experience!
Today the Trenker
bakery supplies quality bakery products even in the surrounding regions
and to their clients abroad. They make up to 70 different types of bread
per day, guaranteeing a varied offer throughout the Upper Pusteria
Valley, from Brunico to Lienz. Trenker branches are supplied daily with
the company’s own vehicles. Additionally, Trenker bread can also be
found on the market throughout Italy, Austria, Hungary and Germany.
