Qualità Alto AdigeAt Trenker’s the raw materials, working environment and productive processes are constantly subjected to monitoring and control. Thanks to their careful planning, Trenker is able to meet the severe standards of quality necessary to obtain the “Südtirol” quality trademark.
The production of sour dough yeast without preservatives or chemical additives is also a necessary pre-requisite to obtain this trademark. Trenker quality is guaranteed by modern plants and an internal analysis laboratory, control of raw materials and hygiene and re-evaluation on a yearly basis of raw materials suppliers.
The constant commitment to maintain optimum production procedures and extremely high standards of hygiene can also be attested to by the quality management and hygiene certificates obtained between 2001 and 2005 (ISO 9001:2000, the International Food Standard - IFS, HACCP).
